Hey Hardik, You can take a flight from Delhi to Kiev. Indians can get Visa on arrival at Ukraine. From airport you can take cab to reach Chernobyl (see this: chernobylwel.com). Also, you have to reach Bolshoe Goludnoe in a cab to see Lake Baikal.
