It depends what month you want to go and what interested you much. Also looking at your budget, it’s very imp that you might have to choose area surrounding your hometown so that you don’t have to spend much on travel. 1. Hampi and surrounding areas are worth visiting but ignore summer for that. 5k for 2 days are fine for same.
2. Goa can also be done in 2/3 days (put up in hostels) 3. Try Udaipur and Ranakpur 6/7k is decent for 3 days trip 4. Rishikesh can also be done in 6/7 k for 3 days

Goa is always a better option under 10k, too many breaches which makes ur vacation happier and u can get cheap beers out her, variety cuisines of food is available in goa. bikes are available for rent from rs250,it's always better to hire a bike in goa or scooter, goa mainly a party spot famous for night parties and clubs almost all pubs have an entry fee of rs500 charging for boys and free for girls, anjuna baga and Calanguette and vagaries are the main beaches in goa
