Hey Shahid, Along with budget hotels that have been listed by Akanksha, I would suggest that you also have a look at Airbnbs in Thimphu. Airbnbs offer a completely unique perspective of a place especially if you get to live with / be hosted by locals. Since Bhutan is an extremely culturally rich country, there's no better way to soak it all in than staying at an Airbnb. Most Airbnbs in Thimphu are pretty affordable, and I assure you that they will offer you a far better experience than a hotel.
