Keep 3 days for jaisalmer & 2 for sam desert. Book stay inside fort for better experience. Jaisalmer is quite small town with few attractions like Haveli's, Gadisar Lake, Fort, vyas chatri, kuldhara village etc. If you got time then you can visit border places such as longewala & Tanot mandir.
