Chopta tunganath is a wonderful place ideally in winters it is famous for trekking to tunganth and chandrashilla when it is all covered with snow. Else you have a good 3hrs walk to tunganath temple and 1km ahead another 1hr walk to chandrashilla. best sunrise can be witnessed from chandrashilla.
Auli and chopta i would choose

Hi, you can visit all of these place there is no weather constraint, however if you really want to enjoy fall in Mountains, I would recommend you to visit Kasol, the mountains are covered in a whole new shade of color.

I have been to kasol many a times but there r lot of places to explore. Auli would b cold. nothing much there if there is no snowfall. though u can go on a trek to valley of flowers. if u have not done truind ....i would suggest u to do truind n sky line trek its mesmerizing, though it will b chilly there.
