Hi, Mahabaleshwar is one of the top holiday destinations in Maharashtra. It is about 6 hours away from Mumbai and 3 hours away from Pune. A lot of people prefer going on a road trip by taking their own vehicles or renting cars or bikes. If neither option is feasible, you could opt to take the state bus that runs between these locations frequently.
