Your SIM will work in Nepal if you get your international roaming (differs from service provider to service provider) activated.

Activate international roaming. or visit nearest service provider store for more.

Yes it will work if international roaming is enabled.

No, not unless you have International Roaming activated on it. I believe that takes some extra charges and on prepaid you will only get limited roaming facility like text msgs and incoming calls only. Its better to buy another sim card from a provider in Nepal.

Hi Nishant, your airtel and bsnl network will work in Nepal but it will cost you a lot to keep them activated. So it's better if you get a local sim as soon as you reach Nepla, you will find plenty of shops at all borders and airport as well.

Hi Nishant, I was in Nepal last week and I was using Vodafone and Airtel - both work perfectly fine. FYI - Jio doesn't work.

I can definitely tell you that if you have a virtual number, everything will work in any country. A virtual number works around roaming. I have a country number where I am not from the Hottelecom website and I am connected. https://hottelecom.biz/virtual-number-of-india.html
