If you are asking about north east India tour or only West Bengal tour including Darjeeling you need a minimum of 7 to 10 days to explore spots. You could cover only darjeeling in 5 days.

If you are going to darling and another place- kalimpong where you do many adventures activities like paragliding, river rafting etc .

You have not mentioned which all places you want to cover so am assuming you want to spend five days in Darjeeeling.
that should be sufficient and good to see all the places
