Yes you can, but I would recommend spending more time at these places, rather than rushing.

I will suggest you to cover Ooty and Coonoor together (latest keep 3 days for both the destination), there is a toy train as well that goes from Ooty to Coonoor. For gokarna you should keep 4 days as it's a long journey from Bangalore 1.5 days just go in to and fro and rest you can explore om beach, kudzu and even visit murdeshwar temple of big shiva idol. But don't try too many destinations as you won't be able to enjoy.
