By road it takes 25 hours to Varanasi. You need to take a break inbetween. Otherwise the highway and road is great to drive.

Yes, you can drive, though it would be a tedious journey of around 24 hours for a distance of about 1,401.9 km via NH 27 Safe travels 🙌
