Now you can travel anywhere by personal vehicle but as of the new rule if you change your state you need to be quarantine at some place for 14days,not sure if this rule going till august or not.So if it is essential then you can ride to darjiling or don’t think untill 2021 better you ride to near by places.

Yes you can. I just saw a vlog in youtube who did it. Dont book any hotel near the mall . Try for offbeat homestays to spend a night
