No , 3k in Ladakh , If you have bike then you can try but there is no fun , No good food and no good stay. Also petrol cost will not benefit for you .

Absolutely not,If you are flying to Leh, you will need at least 2days to acclimatize before you start seeing places around. You would at least need 7-8 days to enjoy the beauty of Ladakh.
