Hey Karan,. As far as the latest updates, road towards keylong from Manali is open and hope the kullu road s also open ... Better check with weather authorities before you leave ... Unsure if there is a fresh snowfall in this area ... Happy and safe Travelling !!!

Yes you can and if you want to go further check on Google map it is showing closed roads and open ones. also if not open you can take a local cab, a state highway is open for the purpose
