Hi Anusha, I went to Udaipur a while back and stayed in hotel Shree Villas Orchid. It is an amazing budget hotel rt on the lake and has beautiful rooms as well a nice lil swimming pool. It's walking distance from one of the very famous restaurant named Ambrai. In Mount Abu I stayed at hotel lake palace, which was again a very comfortable lil budget hotel right opposite the lake. Places to visit in Udaipur- City Palace, Jag Mandir, Fateh Sagar lake, Lake pichola, Jagdish Temple, Bagore Ki Haveli ( watch the evening show their..please do collect the tickets well in advance), Kumbhalgarh fort(would take almost one complete day), Haldi Ghati. Incase you are interested in shopping you can visit Hathipole Market and the market next to Jagdish Temple. Do visit restaurant Ambrai and Khamma Then I for their breathtaking views and delicious food. Street food at Udaipur is not to be missed either. In Mount Abu you can visit the famous Dilwara temples,Nakki lake,Sunset point and Guru Shikhar. There are loads of eating joints in Mount abu near the nakki lake. The daal bati choorma we had there was delicious. Hope this can be of help. In case you need any specific information, feel free to ask. Happy Travel!!!
