From Bir you have to reach Baijnath or Jogindernagar by public Transport Bus. From Jogindernagar you will get direct bus to Mandi. From Mandi you will get bus for Bhuntar. Mandi to Manali bus will drop you at Bhuntar. From Bhuntar you can catch Bus for Kasol.
