Can you tell me how to upload full size pictures? let me try both resized and full size pictures and see which one would be better for me.

Ofcourse you can but your blog should be convenient for viewers. So, resize the pictures to make the blog fast to load

Yes, you can upload full size images but you will see thumbnail as a cropped up version. But when you will click on it you can see it full size
