Can we redeem our credits against something we book via tripoto or on something we wish to, rather than the deals offered by the app.?

No you cant... only offers goodie and trips offered by tripoto for that you can redeem.

You get to redeem credits only on the trips mentioned by the tripoto app on redeem credits section.
