Lots of rental bike shops are available in the city. look for options closer to your stay. If you are staying at a hostel/hotel, it would be best to ask for suggestions there

Yes, Multiple Rental services providers available there. Such as,
1. Utranchal.com (you can rent bike range from Rs500- Rs2000)

Yes, you can rent bikes in Srinagar, i have also rented a himalayan for 1800/day, usually most hotels also have bikes for rent.
I took it from Kashmir Adventure bikes near the Dal lake
If you are planning to take the bike anywhere to Ladakh, then please dont take it from Srinagar, because Ladakh govt doesnt allow other State/UT rented bikes(with black number plate) in most of the places.
