    March is a best time to witness snow in Kashmir for temperature runs low. It is an ideal time for snowboarding and skiing too. Yes even in Manali till mid March snow is experienced. You could also witness snow in Solang valley, Kothi and Gulaba which are higher altitudes of Manali.
