Just a perfect question for me. I recently visited Pune the very first time and explored quite a bit. I also visited Mahabaleshwar a few weeks later which is around 2 hours drive from Pune. Pune - you can visit, Shaniwar Wada, Kasar Sai Dam, Aga Khan Palace and a lot of eating joints. Check this https://youtu.be/sePlV6OuqkA for Pune. Mahabaleshwar - is such a pretty hill station in the west. There are many scenic spots and viewpoints. A few places I visited, Triveni Point, scenic journey to Tapola Dam. Check this https://youtu.be/iIuwtfh47Is for Mahabaleshwar.
