Cheapest "cheapest" hostels in Europe - all over europe ? please list what you know according to city. I familiar with names like hostel world etc but they don't necessarily list the cheapest of them.

Do couch surfing its better than hostels because you can stay free and also enjoy those delicious home cooked meal by your host if they are in good mood
