Considering current COVID situations and rules, regulations what destinations should one consider for a family vacation starting from Pune?

Thanks Aditya. But I am exploring destinations outside Maharashtra. But also want to consider only those places where there are no inconveniences, is safe, and there are no hassles on returning back to Maharashtra from that state.
