Bijnore - Saharanpur - Ambala - Chandigarh - Ropar(Rupnagar) - Hoshiarpur - Dasayu-Pathankot - Dalhousie Day 1 :- Moradabad to Pathankot / Dalhousie. Day 2 :- or Early Morning drive to Dalhousie and local sightseeing Day 3 :- Khajjiar and stay in Dalhousie. Day 4 :- Dalhousie to Dharamshala via Chamba ? Day 5 :- Dharamshala Sightseeing Day 6 :- Back from Dharamshala to Moradabad via Delhi
All these are in different directions so I'll suggest start from Western most district and most quiet one asking these which would undoubtedly be Dalhousie from b where you can move to Dharamsala that is near pathankot and take a bus overnight to reach Manali from there. I think this way you won't have to go Cross cross in covering all the three beauties of this heavenly state
Manali will require 2-3days minimum..dalhousie 2days and dharamshala 2days..Manali is opposite to dalhousie so your time travelling will be wasted much..so plan accordingly..instead you may choose shimla, kasauli, kullu, manali and many more hill stations on the way
To visit Dalhousie, Dharamshala, and Manali, I would suggest a trip of at least 7-8 days. Here is a suggested itinerary and route: Day 1-2: Start your trip in Dalhousie, and spend 1-2 days exploring the scenic hill station, including visiting Khajjiar, Panchpula, and Satdhara Falls. Day 3-4: Drive to Dharamshala, which is around 120 km from Dalhousie, and spend 2 days exploring the town, including visiting the Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple, and the scenic Kangra Valley. Day 5-7: Drive to Manali, which is around 240 km from Dharamshala, and spend 2-3 days exploring the town, including visiting the Hadimba Temple, Rohtang Pass, and Solang Valley. Day 8: Return to your starting point or proceed to your next destination. As for the route, the most convenient route would be to start from Dalhousie and then drive to Dharamshala and Manali in that order. The route would be: Dalhousie - Pathankot - Dharamshala - Palampur - Mandi - Manali. It's recommended to rent a private car or taxi for the trip, which can be arranged from any major city or airport in the region. The road conditions in the hilly regions can be challenging, so it's important to hire a reliable driver and vehicle. I hope this helps, and wish you a pleasant trip!
