The distance between Delhi to Haridwar is 6 hours. UPSRTC buses start early in the morning. Bookings are available online kindly check them. UPSRTC buses also operate private buses. A/c buses tickets start from 300rs, while Volvo buses rate starts from 500. Volvo UPSRTC buses rate is 620rs while Janrath a/c buses rate 400rs. Yes trains are available Jan Shatabdi, KotaDDN and BL Haridwar spl. Kindly check if they are operating before booking, for due to covid that day trains and timings might change. There are other trains too which you can check via MMT , Ixigo and goibibo.

Delhi to Haridwar around 250 km distance not sure about the price because it varies by type of transport used and yes lot of trains are available.
