Rajasthan if u wish pictures with the royal palace or lake background Kerala would be a best location with the pictures of backwater and greenery. Some pics in houseboat or traditional type boats would look awesome Goa, Gokarna, tarkarli, or any other beach nearby your location. Taj Mahal in Agra, Any gardens with greenery like National park in Borivali, or hill stations can provide u mix of pics in background of hills, greenery, boating etc.
tea estate or coffee estate can be an option

Goa is the best place for photoshoot . Other then that you can go to Rajasthan. But depends when are you planning for the photoshoot .

Go to Gokarna instead of Goa or Sikkim for your destination pre wedding photoshoot.
