Yes but not worth to go Goa for Holi celebration instead go to Pushkar or Vrindavan

If you want to celebrate Holi then Goa isn't the place. Instead go to Pushkar.

Not that much, if you are planning to go somewhere than mathura and pushkar are the places

In Goa, we do not really celebrate Holi as it is celebrated elsewhere. If you are coming only for Holi, you many be disappointed.

Yes last time i was in goa during holi and on beach people were celebrating holi very crazily.

Yes they may do but its not really the place to play holi as there are certainly better places in the country to celebrate the festival.
