Hi Shaumya, I personally find Rishikesh a safe place for solo women travelers. Your best option would be Zostel dorm, it is right on the main road which also has in-house restaurant.

There are many hostels dorms or hotels which you can opt for in Rishikesh. It's a safe city for solo Travelers. Don't need to be afraid You will make friends there in no time and enjoy the city. I would suggest reach there and find from locals, you may find a gem of a place

You can stay in The Hosteller Rishikesh sited a comfortable 10-15 minutes from the main bus stand and Rishikesh railway station. Safe and good place for girls
