Yes if i got a chance love to buy in himachal pradesh most probably i will prefer near kangda district.its very hard to maintain from snow, heat and rainstorm even you have to be careful with soil solidity so if any disaster happens your home will not slide away. hey

But someone told me that you can buy non-agriculture land and even you can lease land for long term that’s easy way to build your dream home
Yes that’s main concern you can’t buy home in many places like utrakhand, himachal pradesh,leh-ladakh,goa,northeast
Metros are best according to me for living. second home can always be in hills for relaxing away from city life. fear is that,it is not easy to purchase in himachal atleast.

I don't think I would ever buy a house anywhere to live or for a personal use. I would rather prefer choosing to stay in a perfect house or probably try different ones at various locations on rent 😊

One of the fears is that who will maintain when we are not there. also is there any commercial appreciation of the property or not..a

I really want one. Concern would be the land if we could really buy there or not.

I guess HP has some curbs but UK doesn't. Need to re-confirm. Let me know if you find something regarding this.
