No nikhil .... you dont need a permission to enter manali from kaza via Rohtang ...All you need to do is just write about the details of your vehicle you when you are crossing losar and that s also for safety purpose as there s no means of communication after losar till you reach ROHTANG .... .. Hi Nikhil, You won't need a permit to come to Manali from Kaza, you just need a permit when you are crossing Rohtang pass from Manali side.
