Some packages include travel fare and some does not. You need to check specifically in the itinerary or ask the operator providing the package

It entirely depends upon the package. Travel part is either included or exlcuded. I also depends upon the choice of the customer.

You can check it by your own, Just ask your service provider or agent to provide you the inclusion list.

In most cases yes.but if you are travelling from flight than it will not ne included.
