E-pass portal for uttarakhand is non operational. How do I obtain e-pass??. Also, is RTPCR required for travel to Uttarakhand?

Rtpcr test is a must to enter uttarkhand. Maybe they will open the eportal soon, if it is non functional. Just wait and see.
