Andaman Nicobar have a lot more to offer, so i would suggest Andaman Nicobar. a few places 1) Cellular jail 2) museum circuit 3) Diglipur 4) Chidiya tapu

Between March to may, Sikkim is best place among three to visit as weather is favourable in these months.
You can explore Sikkim through car easily.

Permission is required for nathu la pass only or the rest of the places too?please guide on this
Gangtok, Tsomgo lake, Nathula Pass, Ravangla, Rumtek monastery, Jawahar Lal Nehru botanical garden are place to give a visit. Before making a visit there obtain permission from the tourism department as required.
Weather wise, is andaman a good option in april?i have heard it will be very hot during the day. please guide. and thank you for taking time out and suggesting😊
