If basically decide on you what kind of service you want. If you wants luxurious hotel and plane than it must costs you very high. flights prices depends when you wants to go. Hotel starts from 500rs. You can stay with other peoples in hostel at low price. Food also depends on you wants to eat street food or in a restaurant. If you wants to do water adventures, hot air balloons ride plus them also.

Hotels for stay - starts from 300 per person Food - beachside shacks are bit costly but you can find restaurants with decent budget. scooter for rent - starts from 400/ per day, vary depends on on- off seasons Water sports - Ranges from 1500 including para sailing, jet skiing and all.
Everything is up to you. During our last rip to Goa for two days we spent almost Rs. 4000 + expense to reach Goa.

I don't know where you are traveling so I will leave that on you. landing down in goa from airport or railway station you can take a prepaid taxi. which is roughly gonna cost you around 1000 bucks. as you are traveling in sep/oct. all the hotels and clubs will be cheaper cause less crowd at that time ( near Diwali it would be high)
you can rent a gearless vehicle 300/400 per day
food depends on what you eat where you eat. nonveg lovers for you 800/ day alcohol is cheaper. club entry near titos lane would be around 1000/1500 cover charges include. i went there during at new year eve so we spent roughly around 20k for 5 days. (everything was costly at that time ) so you can expect 12/14 k in sep/oct

Hey Shubham, If you are a budget traveller, then you can enjoy Goa in INR 600-1200 a day. For a mid range traveller, budget varies between INR 1000 to INR 3000 a day.
