Kerala and Goa are heavenly during monsoons. I spent almost two weeks in Goa and a month in Kerala during monsoons in 2022. I have visited both these states in other seasons but nothing could match the beauty of the clouds, the greenery and most of all the peace. All these places are rather empty during monsoons, and it is the best time to explore.
