I don't know about the flights from Chennai but their pretty good number from Delhi and the good news is that you don't need visa for travel purposes for less than fourteen days provided you have a return ticket or ticket to elsewhere. Your passport will be sufficient to provide entry in Philippines. Do consult from Philippines embassy they are very enthusiastic in response to travelers. Happy travelling!!

Thank you so much for your response. If I am not, only if I have a valid VISA to US, Japan, Canada, UK and Singapore, they provide me VISA on arrival. I do not have any. Do you still think they give VISA on arrival. kindly correct me if I am wrong.
Hi Kishen, I'll be traveling to Philippines in March 2019. I found a good deal on a Singapore Airlines flight from Mumbai to Cebu via Singapore for INR 19,000. From Chennai you may opt to fly either to Cebu or to Manila but it may cost you a bit more. My itinerary is as follows: Mumbai - Cebu City - Moalboal - Oslob - Malapascua - Puerto Princesa - El Nido - Manila - Cebu City - Mumbai The internal flights can be booked with Cebu Pacific. About the visa now. One is entitled to apply for a Philippines visa only a month prior to the travel. I would suggest you to apply for the same through Cox & Kings or Thomas Cook as it is a bit of a task to get the visa. Let me know if you need any other information.
