Hi, Depends on duration of your travel. At singapore it is best to commute via MRT which is a rapid transit. Taxi's are a bit expensive. but if you are really in a rush and need a taxi you can get Uber or Grab. If you are visiting the universal studios you would need an entire day and you have to walk a lot so get a nice pair of shoes. you can do the Gardens by the bay and Sentosa for another day. you can even try visiting China town and Little India. https://www.tripoto.com/trip/city-lights-of-singapore-59fda51373e23 I believe that you will definately visit twin towers if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur. You must visit Batu caves too . this is a bit far from KL , you can take train which takes you in hour to Batu caves station. This is a must visit. everything about it is in my link https://www.tripoto.com/trip/expedition-to-batu-caves-everything-you-must-know-5a1fa28c0a094 Tips to save money is to avoid local taxi's or travel agents and book your day trips in advance online for a better offer. if you don't have a grab app , make sure you install it already. Have a nice trip .. Cheers.

Hi Aastha, it is best to go for the Singtel card, it is perfect for the tourists, the plans are perfect for anyone planning to stay on Singapore for a week. Also if you are looking to save money on this trip you can stay in hostel, which costs very less compared to the fancy hotels and also you should prefer travelling in public transport rather than taking a cab. Also, i'm attaching with this message some posts that will help you plan your trip to Singapore.

Hi, Singapore is indeed an expensive country especially the stay and attractions but there are a lot of ways you can cut back on expenses. For the stay option, you can opt for hostel stay, if you are comfortable. Always better to opt for a stay near to a Metro station so that commuting is easy. I stayed in Mitraa Inn near Farrer Park Metro, next to Little India, which was a great location and we had 4 bed room with private bathroom. Nothing posh, but we hardly spent time in the room. Commuting is easy with good connectivity by Metros and Buses. Google Maps would help you which Metro/Bus to take. Cabs run by meter too and are honest so can take a cab once in a while without worrying about haggling for prices. Attractions - You can check Klook app and avail referral offers/ Weekendgowhere app / Sea Wheel Travels ( you can mail them for ticket prices ). Do plan your itinerary carefully as you won't be able to do a lot of stuff in a single day owing the the heat and size of each attraction. Universal Studios / Sentosa would take 1 day each. Zoo/River Safari/Night Safari can be done in a day. I suggest you go for the newly opened Rainforest Lumia instead of Night Safari. Jurong Bird Park will take half day. You can do this in morning and do Garden By the Bay/Marina Bay Sands Sky Deck in evening, you will get to see the Light Show at the Gardens too. Singapore Flyer + Merlion can be done on an evening. Walk by Clarke Quay and take a river cruise in free time. ShopMustafa (open 24x7) / Bugis Street / Lucky Plaza @ Orchard Road for cheap shopping. There are many more things to do if you have the time :). Contact me for any queries. Regards Vivek
