Guys, we are planning for a family trip to Lakshadweep in Nov 21. Can someone helps us on the below questions? 1. Having both doses of vaccination sufficient or need covid negative report? 2. We do not want to go by package trip so, how to get permission?

Second questions answer is kinda difficult but if you are double vaccinated, then covid reports are not needed anymore
