Hi Naini, following four buses that leave from Majnu Ka Tilla at 10:30: Northern Travels, City Land Travels, Asian Volvo Holiday, My Trip Maker. All of them are AC buses and take about 12 to 13 hours to reach Manali. Asian Volvo Holiday is an exception as it takes 16 hours to reach Manali.

Hi Naini! Yes, There is single volvo bus from RSRTC (Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation) at 10. Few options are also available from Private operators. Check this https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in/busenquiry
