One of my friends had booked flight tickets to Kathmandu and from. But the return ticket got cancelled and goibibo didn't take any required action due to which my friend not only suffered but they were asked to book the ticket again then and there only which costed them almost 50K.

Wat kind of fraud u faced? I have been using goibibo from last 4 years and it is the best website for hotels booking...I have used it for bus and flights booking also

If you faced the one thing bad so it does not mean it is fake. I am using this from last 4..5 years and making booking in good price for hotels and flights.
