Don't go with them we are stuck here in leh because of them deyor camp se koi help nhi unhone khi nhi ghumaya sab pese lekr beth gye dont book never hm 16 log hai yha sab pareshan hai hotel me bethe hai hotel vaale hme lunch tea dene se bhi mna kr rhe hai so dont dont book with them
Don't go with Deyor, go with other travel partners
Deyor is not trusted, they are just least concern about their clients. Very poor management, poor time management, they don't even provide working condition bikes to travel in such a terrain. Deyor is least concern about people safety, they only get free by filling form from their clients (that clients are responsible for their death).
in case of unforeseen event, Deyor CEO Chirag also not responding to travellers, they simply switch off their phones and see the game.
Not recommended travel with deyor
Dear, please avoid your dream trip with deyor. I have travelled with them recently and my experience was worst. They are cheaters. They will promise you 3 star hotels but will provide you labour camp/2 star hotels without proper food and basic facility. They will keep changing their itinerary. They skip many places without your concern. They provide worst bikes which may endanger your life. On top of it they will not return your deposite taken against bikes though bikes brought in good condition. Do not ruin your trip with Deyor. I have recording and confession of deyor concern person if you want proof. BIG NO TO DEYOR
Deyor camps is a fraud. My August Leh trip was cancelled before 1 day of trip and its been two months now, i still didn't get my refund. They even stop picking up my calls now and not replying to my mails. They said earlier that we will issue the refund by Sep end and then they said by 15 Oct. I would request dont fall in der trap by availing offers.
I will be posting very honest review about my srinagar to manali trip scheduled on 23rd June 2022. Day 1 and 2 srinagar to kargil #No dual sharing accommodation which i had booked well in advance by paying extra amount. Got the surprise on the spot that I will get triple sharing accommodation. #few members in our group did not get accommodation on time. # another shock was we had to pick the bikes from another group at 10pm from 10 kms away who just arrived from manali same day. #Bike condition:my bike was good but another guy got a bike with zero break. Basically the mechanic was of no use, even tyre puncture couldn't be handled by deyor for which our trip got delayed on the first day. #Food was horrible in srinagar oyo hotel we had to eat outside . #Late start on first day (and then everyday) Day 3 kargil to Leh #Late start and reached late in Leh.
#Missed to see hall of fame and lamayuru monastery which were part of itinerary and group got pissed off because of that. Day 4 Leh to nubra
# Again Late start 12 noon because bikes got changed which was not supposed to happen and was not communicatedinitially. The plan was only bikes will be exchanged at sarchu with the group coming from manali. #Postponed diksit monastery to next day because of bad planning Day 5 hunter turkuk nubra All okay . No complaints Day 6 nubra to pangong
#Accommodation issue- no camps for everyone . Group was disappointed.
#No site seeing to shooting point and thats insane. Coming to pangong and not see 3idiots shooting spots. Realised at that moment that the captain has no empathy and no heart. No care towards customers sentiments. Day 7 Pangong to leh
#since captain was not willing to show us, i went to see 3idiots shooting point in the morning with few others and after coming back from there the captain became mad at us.
# reached late at Leh and no time to see leh or shop anything for family and friends. Day 8 Leh to sarchu
# myself and my room mates went to see shanti stupa at personal expense because we didn't want to miss that and deyor seemed not to care.
# one of our group member and his wife got back pain but didn't get back up vehicle support. But when the husband expressed the disappointment ,the captain was not willing to take that feedback and was arguing. Day9 Sarchu to manali
It was very good ride , hotel in manali was awesome.. the group seemed to had fun at Manali but I had to leave that night because of emergency. So for me the trip was not the way I had thought of... on the other hands, my friends with another group went through a local company at leh and they seemed to have a great trip with all sight seeing and breaks. The least a travel company can do is behave properly with customers and keep its promise and follow the itinerary. Because we the travelers make time for such trips with lots of hassle to have some peace and explore the local culture and not to just ride and ride, argue with captain, lose precious 3-4 hours in the morning because of some trivial issues from company end. Kind request Deyor,
1. Start early so that group will get enough time to explore local places . Thats the primary motive behind such trips.
2. Be empathetic towards customers
3. Keep what you promise during booking .
4 . Accept the mistakes and apologize. Now i will have to plan leh trip one more time to experience things which i could not do in this trip because of bad planning by Deyor. It’s 6 months and i have not received my refund( which they took for dual sharin but couldn't provide) . The deyor guy is saying the money is on the way since July 2022.its clear there is no intention to refund.
