Have some one had bad experience with Oyo... I had done booking last month with Oyo for Ooty on two different names with 2 different numbers as we were group of 6....today they texted me my booking is shifted to other hotel due to property issue

I have heard this issues a lot. I prefer hostels, homestays and airbnb actually

You can file a complaint in consumer court and seek compensation

Visit to ooty at this time is not a great idea... Its raining like something and the roads are blocked at certain places due to landslide...
