Hello, the approx. cost of hiring/renting a bike (preferably Royal Enfield) for Nubra and Pangong Lake will cost you around 2000-3000 per day, petrol charges on you. The permit to cross Khardungla and reach the above mentioned high end/restricted areas can be obtained online here: http://www.lahdclehpermit.in.
