The best month to visit these above places are always winter season, if you want to to witness snowfall then you should visit at the end of November or at the beginning of December. There are spectacular views, covered with snow.

Last week of december or 1st week of January would be the best days to visit there. You will get to see the heaviest snowfall in these days and u can enjoy more there.

Best month to visit will be from April to July. But if you want to experience too much snow and road blocks due to snow then visit in December and January.
