You could plan a trip to Jaipur which is 6 hours away from Delhi. Rains are yet to start in Jaipur. Neemrana is a historical spot Rishikesh and Haridwar are great spots to visit now Amritsar is yet another lovely weekend getaway filled with lot of culture.

If not hills, you can head towards Rajasthan,neemrana fort and Jaipur if hills, from nainital, mukteshwar to Rishikesh should be fine without much of a hilly terrain that can cause a hindrance. best to check traffic and weather report in advance. all the best
