Best time to visit Kinnaur is between April to June while January to March is an ideal time to visit reckong peo. Summers are ideal time to visit Chitkul. Coming to road condition from Shimla, snowfall is predicted from December mid. Still if you are planning to drive, kindly double check the weather before travelling.

Best time to visit these places would be from April to June. Many a times several roads may be closed during peak winter season. Happy journey & safe travels 🙌

Summer is best time to visit Kinnaur nd Sangla but Nowadays Tourists go to Kinnaur nd Spiti during Winters also.
