Hi Swastik, you really don't need to tag. The keywords will pick up the right state and country by itself. I would suggest you add location.

No tag but every location mentioned in your trip

We don't need to add tags in Tripoto all u need is to do add location

Tag are not required but just put right keyword acc to location
