You can definitely try Tirthan Valley in Himachal or Chopta Valley in Uttarakhand.

It depends how far you are ready to travel. Near to Chandigarh you can try staying in Rajgarh- the peach valley of Himachal. Totally offbeat.

I would recommend Jibhi valley.. it's a beautiful place and pretty less touristy..

Sir, I believe that visiting THACHI VALLEY will definitely serve your purpose. This is one of the best offbeat destinations in Himachal. I visited there 2 years ago and at that time there was only 1 cottage and 1 hotel there, so it's actually the hidden treasure. You can stay there in a wooden cottage in the middle of apple trees. Further you can explore less known temples, trekking routes, culture. Sir, please do visit my Instagram profile through my tripoto profile, there you can check out my old pics of thachi valley (March, 2018). https://www.instagram.com/p/BgLH0KVhw18/?igshid=kgm6izsn9p59 (picture link) thank you.
