Depends on your area of interest...if you like snow then go to Manali otherwise goa is a good option too

U can try Kerala.. the climate at Kerala on this time is perfect.. Obviously the hilly regions of Kerala like idukki, munnar is witnessing a very low temperatures and the beaches like kovalam varkala, fort Kochi is also good at this time.

Jan is good for travelling any area depending on your taste. You can go to Rajasthan, Gujarat, Himachal, Uttarakhand and Goa.

It depends on how far you want to go 1.Rann of Kutch Gujarat will be the first choice as Rann utstav is going on there.
2. Rajasthan - this is the ideal time to visit Rajasthan as temperature is low
