You can check Kohiba. It has a beautiful ambiance with Live Music and mouth watering food.Also you can check a Place called LPK.It has amazing Ambiance and with Good DJs, bunch of happy people around.it's a little expensive although. Apart from this Goa is a Party place so even on beaches you will find dance music and fun all around. I would like to suggest another place named Thalassa ... Please do visit if you want to witness a serin 1st Jan Morning.
If you are a party animal you go to Bagha beach or you want it in a decent way and want to enjoy into the nature with some drinks you can go to the paradise beach South Goa.

You can spend make a visit to the Salt Bar and Restaurant located near Calangute, the crowd usually remains quite premium and fun as well. The service is amazing and it stays open till 1:30 am so after that you can head to Calangute Beach. You can also consider spending it in Palolem if you are in South Goa.
