Yes it is but the trek will be more difficult than it is during summertime.

It was -4 degree few days back there. So just imagine what will be condition in Jan. It will be fine to track in Feb last or march.

Laka Glacier, Yes it will open but won't recommend you to go without good winter trekking gear. Else if you have enough experience in trekking then Good Luck and Happy Travelling!!

Triund and laka all depends on fresh snow fall treks only gets closed if there is fresh snow fall
